IKEA Appreciation Blog, would you ever be willing to go to ikea and ship items to people who are not able to get to a store? My closest store is about 2 hours away, and with kiddos, it ain’t happening. I’m in need of a specific dish rack from Ikea, and I’d happily pay someone for the work of going and getting it, I just don’t know how to make it happen. Any ideas? PS. the item is “available” to be purchased online, but it’s been out of stock for almost a year, so NO, it’s not REALLY available. Thanks and Happy New Year

I’m actually four hours away! I can’t afford to do that, (plus I’m only 16 years old, haha). I say if you can contact your closest store and maybe arrange something with them, that’s your best bet.

IKEA does offer a service to care for you kids while you shop, and I have been left there when I was little, and I can say it was really fun, from what I remember.
